Terms of Service
Distribution, publishing administration, and compliance terms for partners of ADED Music.
1. Rights & Authorization
By submitting recordings or musical compositions to ADED Music, you warrant that you own or control 100% of the required master and underlying rights for the territories selected, free of any conflicting third-party claims or uncleared samples.
2. Portal & Workstation Access
Direct workstation access to The Orchard, Virgin Music Group, and ADA Worldwide is restricted to approved labels and established artist catalogs under written agreement. Emerging and independent partners deliver releases through adedmusic.com/distribution.
3. Anti-Artificial Streaming Policy
We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against artificial streaming, bots, click-farms, and paid stream-manipulation services. Any catalog flagged by DSPs for fraudulent streaming is subject to immediate takedown, royalty withholding, and pass-through of DSP financial penalties.
4. Content ID & UGC Eligibility
YouTube Content ID, Meta Rights Manager, and TikTok monetization are reserved exclusively for 100% original masters. Recordings containing non-exclusive leased beats, unmodified royalty-free loops, public domain works, or ambient noise loops are strictly ineligible.
5. Publishing Administration
Publishing administration services are provided in partnership with Warner Chappell Music. Approved songwriters onboard at no upfront cost ($0) under an 80/20 royalty split (80% to Writer, 20% Administration) while retaining 100% copyright ownership of their compositions.
6. Editorial Pitching Disclaimer
Editorial playlist pitching is offered as an optional partner support service. All playlist decisions are made independently by DSP editorial teams, and placement is never guaranteed.
